I setup a free email service for Irishfree.com well over a decade ago. At the time everyone.net was offering it as a “freemium” offering to anyone who had a domain name. You handed over control of your email (to a degree) to them and they gave your users a fairly good email service. I have never made any money from this.
Unfortunately Everyone.net haven’t done much with the email service in a long time. They stopped offering the free accounts a couple of years ago to new signups, but continued to provide service to existing accounts.
A few months ago Everyone.net sold to Deluxe / Hostopia. They did not inform users about this acquisition. According to what I’ve been able to find out the new owners are migrating to new servers. Again this was not communicated to anyone.
At present some users are able to access their email again, but others cannot.
If you are having issues I CANNOT help you, as I do not have access to any functions that allow me to reset logins or anything else for email users, especially those that switched to a paid plan.

Sorry if you’re having issues with the email service, but as I said I don’t have access to anything useful. The domain is mine, but that’s about it. And I make absolutely zero revenue from it.
